针刺治疗原发性三叉神经痛验案一则

An Experimental Case of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia Treated with Acupuncture

摘要: 目的：本文旨在讨论原发性三叉神经痛的临床表现、中医发病机制、针刺治疗方法。方法：对黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院收治的1例原发性三叉神经痛患者进行研究分析并查阅相关文献进行复习。结果：原发性三叉神经痛是较为常见的脑神经疾病，大多不会自愈，且反复发作，一般治疗时需要长期服药，但服药期间极易出现不良反应，因而越来越多患者选择针灸治疗。结论：针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效显著、不良反应少、且预后良好，病情不易反复，为首选治疗方法。

Abstract: Objective: The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the clinical manifestations of primary tri-geminal neuralgia, its pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine, and its treatment by accu-puncture. Methods: One case of primary trigeminal neuralgia patient admitted to the Second Affili-ated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was studied and analyzed and relevant literature was reviewed. Result: Primary trigeminal neuralgia is a relatively common cerebral neurological disease, most of which will not be self healing, and the condition is recurring, and the general treatment requires long-term medication, but it is very easy to have adverse reac-tions during the medication period, so more and more patients are choosing acupuncture treatment. Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia has significant efficacy, few adverse effects, good prognosis, and the condition is not easy to recur, so it is the preferred treat-ment method.
