高值耗材取用登记表在大面积烧伤手术中的管理及应用

Management and Application of High-Value Consumables Registration Form in Extensive Burn Surgery

摘要: 目的：探讨高值耗材取用登记表在大面积烧伤手术中的应用效果。方法：选取2021年1~6月我科烧伤面积大于40%的手术120例为对照组，对照组采用常规高值耗材使用清点管理方法，2021年7~12月实施的120例为观察组，采用高值耗材取用登记表的使用管理方法。两组手术均为同能级护士配合。对比两组手术高值耗材漏登记，漏收费，错收费次数，术毕管理人员清点及核对高值耗材耗时情况。结果：观察组在高值耗材使用过程中造成漏收费，漏登记次数明显少于对照组，术毕管理人员清点高值耗材库存及核对高值耗材收费时间由原来的平均(40.3 ± 3.6)分钟缩减为平均32.5分钟，观察组明显少于对照组。结论：在大面积烧伤手术中使用自制高值耗材取用登记表可以减少高值耗材漏登记，漏收费次数，提高高值耗材管理人员的工作效率。

Abstract: Purpose: Exploring the application effect of a high-value consumables registration form in extensive burn surgeries. Methods: High-value consumables registration form management method was adopted in the observation group, which included 120 surgeries performed between July and December in 2021. While the control group, consisted of another 120 extensive burn surgeries performed from January to June in 2021, adopted the conventional high-value consumables management method. All surgeries were operated by nurses of the same level of competence. After surgery, the number of registered consumables, charges, and charges of high-value consumables, as well as the time spent by the management personnel in counting and checking high-value consumables after surgery, were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group had significantly fewer instances of missed charges and registration of high- value consumables during the use process than the control group. The time spent in counting and checking high-value consumables after surgery was reduced from an average of 40.3 ± 3.6 minutes to an average of 32.5 minutes in the observation group, which was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion: Using a self-made high-value consumables registration form in extensive burn surgeries can reduce the number of missed registration and charges of high-value consumables and improve work efficiency of high-value consumables management personnel.
