关于肢体残障人士的就业排斥情况研究

A Study on the Employment Exclusion of Persons with Physical Disabilities

摘要: 就业作为民生之本，对于残障人士而言更是参与社会活动、成就自我理想与尊严的关键，在一代代人的努力下，残障人士的就业数量与质量都得到了极大地提升，我国的残障事业取得蓬勃发展。但是，由于残障人士在生理层面的缺陷，加上社会环境的影响，残障人士在就业过程中面临着诸多社会排斥。文章对我国肢体残障人士的就业情况进行陈述，分析了他们在就业情况中面临的各方面的排斥及其原因，以及采取何种对策进行干预。

Abstract: Employment, as the foundation of people’s livelihood, is crucial for people with disabilities to participate in social activities, achieve their own ideals and dignity. With the efforts of generations, the number and quality of employment for people with disabilities have been greatly improved, and China’s disability industry has achieved vigorous development. However, due to the physiological deficiencies of disabled individuals and the impact of social environment, they face many social exclusion during the employment process. This article presents the employment situation of people with physical disabilities in China, analyzes the various exclusion and reasons they face in the employment situation, as well as the measures taken to intervene.
