肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻合并肾结石治疗进展
Progress in the Treatment of Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction Complicated with Kidney Stones
摘要: 肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(ureteropelvic junction obstruction, UPJO)是常见的上尿路梗阻性疾病,该疾病的发生率逐渐增加,给患者的健康和生活质量带来了严重影响。UPJO合并肾结石一旦诊断成立,多数需要手术治疗,但国内外没有统一的成形指征标准术式和方案。本文围绕肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻合并肾结石手术治疗进行综述。
Abstract: Ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) is a common upper urinary tract obstruction with an in-creasing incidence that has serious implications for the patient’s health and quality of life. Once di-agnosed, most of UPJO patients with kidney stones need surgical treatment, but there is no unified standard operation and program of plastic indications at home and abroad. This article reviews the surgical treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction combined with renal calculus.
