新冠疫情背景下实习护生压力源的影响因素研究

摘要: 目的：了解新冠疫情背景下实习护生压力源的影响因素，为制定缓解实习护生压力源的策略和建议提供参考依据。方法：采用便利抽样的方法，应用实习护生压力源量表对158名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果：新冠疫情背景下实习护生压力源总得分(1.53 ± 0.55)分，得分最高的压力源是自身的社交与发展(1.70 ± 0.61)分，主要压力源为知识技能的需求、工作性质与内容、外在监督与评价、教学安排等。结论：实习护生实习中期压力源处于中等水平，受疫情影响实习护生在临床实习期间面临多方面的压力，学校、医院、带教老师和护生自身应采取积极性措施缓解实习压力，提高临床实习质量。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the pressure level of nursing interns and analyze the stress sources of nursing interns under the background of COVID-19 epidemic, so as to provide reference for formulating strategies and suggestions to alleviate the stress sources of nursing interns. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used to administer a questionnaire to 158 nursing interns. Results: Nursing interns in the context of the new crown epidemic scored a total of (1.53 ± 0.55) stressors during their internship, and the highest scoring stressor was their own socialization and development (1.70 ± 0.61). Conclusion: The stressors of nursing interns in the middle of their internship are at a moderate level, and schools, hospitals, supervising teachers and nursing students themselves should take positive measures to relieve internship stress and improve the quality of clinical practice.
