从弗洛伊德精神分析学角度探析青少年电子游戏成瘾心理

摘要: 互联网的发展繁荣了电子游戏市场,而电子游戏的不成熟游戏机制使得越来越多的青少年沉迷其中,影响其学习和生活。本文从弗洛伊德精神分析学的视觉来研究青少年的人格结构,弗洛伊德认为人格结构分为三个部分,即自我、本我、超我,这三个人格结构并不是并行不悖的,而是会产生各种矛盾,而青少年的人格由于处于成长时期更不稳定,在面对困难时更容易进入消极的自我防御阶段,否定自我,压抑自我,进而逃避现实,所以面对复杂的青少年人格我们要从家庭、学校、社会三方面共同培养其健全的自我,让其在家庭、学校和社会的共同作用下能有效调节自我、本我、超我三种矛盾,缓和其青春期不良的心理情绪,从而健康成长。
Abstract: The development of the Internet has flourished the electronic game market, and the immature gaming mechanism of electronic games has led to more and more teenagers becoming addicted to it, affecting their learning and life. This paper studies the personality structure of teenagers from the perspective of Freud’s psychoanalysis. Freud believes that the personality structure is divided into three parts, namely, ego, id and superego. These three personality structures are not parallel, but will produce various contradictions. Because the personality of teenagers is more unstable in their growth period, they are more likely to enter a negative self-defense stage when facing difficulties, deny themselves and suppress themselves, furthermore, in order to escape reality, in the face of complex adolescent personalities, we need to jointly cultivate their sound selves from the perspectives of family, school, and society, so that their joint role in the family, school, and society can effectively regulate the three contradictions of self, id, and superego, alleviate their negative psychological emotions during adolescence, and thus grow up healthy.
