城市老年人参与社区志愿服务活动的研究——以天津市H社区为例

Study on the Participation of Urban Elderly in Community Volunteer Service Activities—Taking H Community of Tianjin as an Example

摘要: 随着人口老龄化的发展，我国老年人口数量逐年增加。为丰富老年生活，很多老年人参与到社区志愿服务当中并成为社区志愿服务团队中的重要力量。基于在天津市H社区实习经历，本文对该社区的老年人志愿服务发展现状及存在困境开展研究，提出相关策略建议完善城市社区老年人志愿服务，提高老年人的生活质量，促进社会和谐发展。

Abstract: With the development of population aging, the number of elderly people in our country increases year by year. In order to enrich the life of the elderly, many elderly people participate in the community volunteer service and become an important force in the community volunteer service team. Based on my internship experience in H community of Tianjin, this paper studies the development status and difficulties of volunteer service for the elderly in this community, and puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions to improve volunteer service for the elderly in urban communities, improve the quality of life of the elderly and promote the harmonious development of society.
