基于CiteSpace的近10年老年衰弱研究领域国际研究热点的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of International Research Hotspots in the Field of Elderly Frailty in the Past 10 Years Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 目的：了解老年衰弱研究领域最新的研究趋势及研究前沿、热点动态，为研究人员全面把握该领域的研究趋势提供借鉴及参考。方法：以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源，以2013~2022年发表的老年衰弱领域的外文文献为主要分析对象，使用CiteSpace5.8.R3 (64-bit)进行文献可视化分析。结果：近年来在老年衰弱领域的发文量呈上升趋势，美国老年衰弱研究领域发文量居世界首位，中国居第九位。老年衰弱研究领域主要研究热点是口腔功能、危险因素、护理、认知衰弱、老年衰弱及病人医疗护理计划等方面。结论：目前，老年衰弱被广泛关注，但适用于国人的衰弱评价工具及干预措施尚不完善，我国应加强与国外在老年衰弱研究领域的合作，关注研究前沿及研究热点，提高我国在该领域的研究水平。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the research trends, research frontiers and hot trends in the field of geri-atric frailty, and to provide reference for researchers to fully grasp the research trends in this field. Methods: Using Web of Science core collection database as data source, foreign literature in the field of senility published from 2013 to 2022 were analyzed. Citespace5.8.r3 (64-bit) was used for liter-ature visualization analysis. Results: In recent years, the number of papers published in the field of frailty was on the rise. The NUMBER of papers published in the field of frailty in the United States ranked first in the world, and China ranked ninth. The main research hotspots in the field of geriat-ric frailty are oral function, risk factors, nursing, cognitive frailty, geriatric frailty and patient medi-cal care plan. Conclusion: At present, frailty in old age has been widely concerned, but the frailty assessment tools and intervention measures for Chinese people are not perfect. China should strengthen the cooperation with foreign countries in the research field of frailty, pay attention to the research frontier and hot spot, and improve the research level in this field.
