高校体育专业“订单式”人才培养的价值探讨

Discussion on the Value of “Order Oriented” Talent Training in Physical Education Majors in Universities

摘要: 高校体育专业“订单式”人才培养，能更好地满足体育行业的人才需求，顺应了高校转型发展的要求，能够促进学生高质量就业，提高学生的综合素质。目前高校体育专业的“订单式”人才培养在教学条件、教学模式上仍存在不足，人才培养的限制因素较大。为了更好的发挥“订单式”人才培养的优势，高校体育专业应该从实际出发，不断优化教学条件、推动校企合作、构建科学的评价体系并且优化学生就业指导，让人才培养更加合理，不断提升学生的发展水平。

Abstract: The “order based” talent cultivation of physical education majors in universities can better meet the talent needs of the sports industry, comply with the requirements of university transformation and development, promote high-quality employment for students, and improve their overall quality. At present, there are still shortcomings in the teaching conditions and models of “order based” talent cultivation in physical education majors in universities, and there are significant limiting factors for talent cultivation. In order to better leverage the advantages of “order based” talent cultivation, physical education majors in universities should start from reality, continuously optimize teaching conditions, promote school enterprise cooperation, build a scientific evaluation system, and optimize student employment guidance, making talent cultivation more reasonable and continuously improving the development level of students.
