A Review of the Influence of Family Environment on Adolescent Mental Health

摘要: 近年来，青少年心理健康日益成为大众重视的关键问题，本文通过对以往研究的梳理，基于Belsky“家庭系统”的观点阐述了家庭环境的主观环境和客观环境对青少年心理健康发展的影响。以往研究表明，亲子关系、亲子沟通、父母教养方式以及家庭结构、经济状况和父母文化水平等均与青少年心理健康状况相关。亲子关系越好、沟通越顺利、教养方式越科学，青少年心理健康水平越高；同时，家庭结构完整、经济收入水平高也有利于青少年的健康发展。

Abstract: In recent years, adolescent mental health has increasingly become a key issue of public attention. Through the review of previous studies, this paper expounds the impact of subjective and objec-tive environment of family environment on the development of adolescent mental health based on the view of Belsky’s “family system”. Previous studies have shown that parent-child relationship, parent-child communication, parenting style, family structure, economic status and parental literacy are related to adolescent mental health. The better the parent-child relationship, the smoother the communication and the more scientific the parenting style, the higher the level of adolescent mental health; At the same time, complete family structure and high economic income level are also conducive to the healthy development of adolescents.
