Correlation Analysis between Social Support and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Wounds

摘要: 目的：对慢性伤口患者社会支持及生活质量现状进行调查，并分析两者的相关性。方法：对2022年5月至2023年5月期间在贵州省某三甲医院伤口护理门诊进行换药的110名患者进行一般资料收集、社会支持量表(SSRS)和伤口生活质量问卷调查，并分析两者之间的相关性。结果：患者在社会支持方面得分为31.53 ± 5.04分；生活质量总分为50.89 ± 6.48分；两者之间显示正相关(P < 0.05)，说明社会支持得分越高的患者生活质量越好。结论：慢性伤口患者的社会支持处于中等水平，表明他们的社会支持水平仍有待进一步提高。此外，伤口专科护士应在临床实践中加强对患者社会支持系统的关注，通过完善社会支持系统来提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of social support and quality of life in patients with chronic wounds, and analyze the correlation between the two. Method: General data collection, social support scale (SSRS), and wound quality of life questionnaire survey were conducted on 110 patients who underwent dressing changes at the wound care outpatient department of a tertiary hospital in Guizhou Province from May 2022 to May 2023, and the correlation between the two was analyzed. Result: The patient scored 31.53 ± 5.04 points in terms of social support; The total score of quality of life is 50.89 ± 6.48 points; There is a positive correlation between the two (P < 0.05), indicating that patients with higher social support scores have better quality of life. Conclusion: The social support of patients with chronic wounds is at a moderate level, indicating that their social support level still needs to be further improved. In addition, wound specialist nurses should strengthen their attention to the patient’s social support system in clinical practice, and improve the patient’s quality of life by improving the social support system.
