成年早期自我概念发展的综述

摘要: 成年早期通常是指18~25周岁的发展阶段,个体刚从青春期过渡而来,生理上处于最佳的状态。这个阶段个体的心理发展稳定,智力测验水平在25岁以后趋向平稳,是创造性思维最巅峰的时期。在这个时期,个体需要处理建立亲密、成熟人际关系的任务,同时也要验证自己的身份认同;学会自我控制,对自己的行为负责,并使之符合成人社会的要求,成为一个对社会负责、独立自主的个体。自我概念的发展是一个长期的过程,从婴儿期开始,随着个体的成长和经验的积累逐渐形成。本文将探讨成年早期自我概念的发展,并探讨其对个体心理健康和适应性的影响。
Abstract: Early adulthood usually refers to the developmental stage between the ages of 18 and 25, when an individual has just transitioned from adolescence and is in their best physiological state. At this stage, the individual’s psychological development is stable, and the level of intelligence tests tends to stabilize after the age of 25, marking the peak of creative thinking. During this period, individu-als need to handle the task of establishing intimate and mature interpersonal relationships, while also verifying their identity; Learn to control oneself, take responsibility for one’s own behavior, and make it conform to the requirements of adult society, becoming a responsible and independent in-dividual towards society. The development of self-concept is a long-term process, starting from in-fancy and gradually forming as individuals grow and accumulate experience. This article will ex-plore the development of self-concept in early adulthood and its impact on individual mental health and adaptability.
