论《脾胃论》升降理论在功能性胃肠病的应用

摘要: 升降理论是中医学阐述人体健康与病邪关系的重要学说，它描述了人体在不同环境和变化下，生理状况的升降变化规律。升降理论中升和降分别指人体在自然环境影响下，生机升腾或降息的自身调节过程。《脾胃论》中关于升降理论有诸多描述，内涵丰富，对临床上消化系统的疾病有着重要的指导意义。文章结合《脾胃论》原文，阐释脾胃升降的含义以及升降理论在功能性腹泻、功能性消化不良、功能性便秘中的应用。
Abstract: The ascending and descending theory is an important theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine that explains the relationship between human health and diseases and pathogens. It describes the ascending and descending laws of human physiological conditions under different environments and changes. In the theory of ascending and descending, ascending and descending refers to the Autoregulation process of human body’s vitality rising or interest reducing under the influence of natural environment. There are many descriptions of the theory of ascending and descending in the book “Spleen and Stomach Theory”, which has rich connotations and important guiding significance for digestive system diseases in clinical practice. The article combines the original text of “Spleen and Stomach Theory” to explain the meaning of spleen and stomach ascending and descending, as well as the application of ascending and descending theory in functional diarrhea, functional dyspepsia, and functional constipation.
