某企业乙酰舒泛钾生产线副产物七水硫酸镁危险特性鉴别实例分析及研究
Analysis and Study on the Hazardous Characteristics Identification of Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate, a Byproduct of Acesulfame Potassium Production Line in a Certain Enterprise
摘要: 某企业采用双乙烯酮、氨基磺酸、三乙胺、三氧化硫、乙酸、氢氧化钾等原料,经合成、酰化反应、环合反应、水解反应、中和反应等生成乙酰舒泛钾,生产中产生副产物七水硫酸镁。根据其原辅材料及生产工艺,结合检测结果对副产物七水硫酸镁进行危险特性鉴别,得出鉴别结论,为副产物七水硫酸镁的科学合理的资源化利用或处置及生态环境主管部门的环境管理提供技术依据,为类似固体废物的危险特性鉴别工作提供参考。
Abstract:
An enterprise uses raw materials such as diketene, Sulfamic acid, triethylamine, Sulfur trioxide, acetic acid, potassium hydroxide, etc., through synthesis, Acylation, cyclization reaction, hydrolysis reaction, neutralization reaction, etc., to generate Acesulfame potassium, and the by-product magnesium sulfate heptahydrate is produced in the production. Based on its raw and auxiliary materials and production process, combined with the detection results, the hazardous charac-teristics of the byproduct magnesium sulfate heptahydrate are identified, and identification con-clusions are drawn. This provides technical basis for the scientific and reasonable resource uti-lization or disposal of the byproduct magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, as well as environmental management by the ecological environment regulatory department, and provides a reference for the hazardous characteristics identification of similar solid waste.
