中职院校教师综合素质的提升探究

摘要: 中等职业院校教师队伍的素质水平对中等职业教育整体水平具有重要影响。提升中等职业院校教师的素质水平是促进中等职业教育高质量发展的关键举措。目前,我国中等职业学校的教师队伍的素质水平未能跟上快速发展的中等职业教育步伐。政府、学校和教师本身的因素都对双师型教师队伍的建设产生了制约,这种模式结合了专职教师和兼职教师的特点。在政府方面,需要进行顶层设计,促进中等职业教师的发展。学校方面需要进行中层规划,创造有利于提升中等职业教师素质的环境条件。教师个体方面,中等职业教师需要提升自身的综合素质。
Abstract: The quality level of teachers in secondary vocational colleges and universities has an important impact on the overall level of secondary vocational education. Improving the quality of teachers in secondary vocational colleges is a key measure to promote the high-quality development of sec-ondary vocational education. At present, the quality level of teachers in secondary vocational schools in China has failed to keep pace with the rapid development of secondary vocational education. Factors from the government, schools and teachers themselves have all imposed constraints on the construction of a dual-teacher teaching force. On the government side, top-level design is need0ed to promote the development of secondary vocational teachers. On the school side, mid- level planning is needed to create environmental conditions conducive to improving the quality of secondary vocational teachers. On the individual teacher side, secondary vocational teachers need to improve their own comprehensive quality.
