糖尿病肾病的中医药治疗进展

摘要: 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最主要的微血管并发症之一。本文通过查阅相关文献,从病因病机、辨证论治、中药汤剂治疗、中成药治疗、中医外治法等方面对糖尿病肾病的研究概况进行总结,认为中医药治疗糖尿病肾病能够改善患者临床症状、延缓疾病进展,对糖尿病肾病的治疗具有重要意义。
Abstract: Diabetes nephropathy is one of the most important microvascular complications of diabetes. This article summarizes the research situation of diabetes nephropathy from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, herbal decoction treatment, traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations treatment, external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and other aspects by consulting relevant literature. It is believed that the treat-ment of diabetes nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, delay the progress of disease, and is of great significance to the treatment of diabetes nephropathy.
