贵州省高职院校旅游类专业“双师型”教师教学能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of Teaching Ability of “Dual-Master” Teachers Tourism Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guizhou Province

摘要: 职业教育在社会主义现代化的今天受到格外重视，职业教育教师队伍日益壮大，但教师教学能力薄弱的问题持续存在。“双师型”教师队伍的建设是“双高”背景下职业教育改革和发展的首要任务，基于此，本文通过分析贵州省高职院校旅游类专业“双师型”教师教学能力提升存在的困境，针对现存问题提出参考意见，提高职业教育人才培养质量。

Abstract: Vocational education has received special attention in today’s socialist modernization. The ranks of vocational education teachers are growing day by day, but the problem of the teachers’ weak teaching ability persists. The construction of “dual-master” teachers is the top priority of vocational education reform and development. By analyzing the current situation of “dual-master” teachers’ teaching ability in tourism major of Guizhou higher vocational college. It provides reference opinions for the improvement of the tourism teachers’ teaching ability from the problems.
