浅谈术后恶心呕吐防治措施的研究进展
Briefly Discussing the Research Progress of Prevention and Treatment Measures of Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting
摘要: 术后恶心呕吐(postoperative nausea and vomiting, PONV)作为麻醉和手术后最常见的并发症之一，是临床麻醉医生值得关注的一个问题。本文综合了近年来国内外关于PONV的相关文献，全面系统地介绍了PONV的发生机制、危险因素、评分系统以及各种防治措施，旨在早期识别高危病人，积极采取预防用药，降低PONV的发生率，提高患者满意度和舒适度。
Abstract: Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV), as one of the most common complications after anes-thesia and operation, is a problem worth attention of clinical anesthesiologists. Based on the litera-ture on PONV at home and abroad in recent years, this paper comprehensively and systematically introduced the pathogenesis, risk factors, scoring system and various prevention and treatment measures of PONV, aiming at early identification of high-risk patients, active use of preventive drugs, reducing the incidence of PONV, and improving patient satisfaction and comfort.
