膝痹病中医外治研究进展

摘要: 膝痹病是一种常见的膝关节退行性疾病，西医称“膝关节骨性关节炎”(Knee Osteoarthritis, KOA)。目前临床上对KOA的治疗主要是中西医结合治疗，中医外治法在我国已经有几千年的历史，经过几千年的发展，中医外治法已经形成了自己独特的体系。中医外治法在KOA上具有安全性高、疗效好、费用低等特点，因此被广泛运用于临床。本文将近10年来中医外治法治疗KOA研究进展综述如下，希望对KOA治疗提供帮助。
Abstract: Knee osteoarthritis is a common degenerative disease of the knee joint, which is called “knee oste-oarthritis” in clinical medicine. At present, the clinical treatment of KOA is mainly the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. The external treatment of traditional Chinese medi-cine has a history of thousands of years in our country. After thousands of years of development, the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has formed its own unique system. External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of high safety, good efficacy and low cost in KOA, so it is widely used in clinical practice. This article reviews the research progress of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of KOA in the past 10 years, hoping to provide help for the treatment of KOA.
