肾衰宁胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭的研究进展

摘要: 慢性肾衰竭(Chronic renal failure, GFR)因其预后差、治疗费用高、患病率高等特点,目前已成为危害人类健康的重要疾病,并且随着肾功能的不断恶化及并发症的出现,会严重影响患者的生活质量和寿命。因此,接受早期及中期的保守药物治疗是十分有意义的。但是现代医学对于GFR的病情进展控制欠佳,无法满足患者对病情控制的要求。中医药在治疗肾脏疾病方面有较丰富的临床经验,在延缓肾功能恶化方面优势显著。肾衰宁胶囊主要成分是太子参、黄连、半夏(制)、陈皮、茯苓、大黄、丹参、牛膝、红花、甘草,具有益气健脾、活血化瘀、通腑泄浊之功效,现代药理学研究表明,肾衰宁胶囊具有抑制系膜细胞和肾小管上皮细胞增生,抗脂质过氧化,减轻肾小球硬化及肾间质纤维化等作用,从而延缓GFR的进程。
Abstract: Chronic renal failure (GFR) has become an important disease that endangers human health because of its poor prognosis, high treatment cost and high prevalence. With the deterioration of renal func-tion and the occurrence of complications, it will seriously affect the quality of life and longevity of patients. Therefore, it makes sense to receive conservative drug therapy in the early and middle stages. However, modern medicine is not good at controlling the progression of GFR and cannot meet the requirements of patients for disease control. Traditional Chinese medicine has rich clinical experience in the treatment of kidney diseases, and has significant advantages in delaying the de-terioration of renal function. The main ingredients of Shenshuining capsule are Radix pseudostel-lariae, Coptis, pinellia, orange peel, poria, rhubarb, Salvia miltiorrhiza, achyranthes, safflower and licorice. It has the effects of invigorating qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, clearing fu-organ and expelling turbidity. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Shenshuining capsule can inhibit the proliferation of mesangial cells and renal tubule epithelial cells, resist lipid peroxidation, alleviate the effects of glomerular sclerosis and renal interstitial fi-brosis, thereby delaying the progression of GFR.
