The Design and Application of Ethnic Traditional Sports Characteristic Elements in the Teaching of Physical Education Games for Young Children

摘要: 民族传统体育游戏是我国历代流传下来的优秀传统文化的重要组成部分，在幼儿体育游戏教学中开展具有重要价值。民族体育游戏具有启蒙功能，具有培养幼儿认同感、增强民族精神与凝聚力，促进道德认知水平，提高身体素质，增强抗挫能力等价值。本文旨在通过挖掘与精选民族传统体育特色元素，为民族体育特色元素应用于幼儿体育游戏提供教学设计策略，在优化幼儿体育游戏教学的同时，以期提升幼儿民族文化内涵，促进身心健康，达到最佳教育教学效果。

Abstract: Ethnic traditional sports games are an important part of the excellent traditional culture handed down from generation to generation in China, and they have an important value when carried out in the teaching of physical education games for young children. Ethnic sports games have the function of enlightenment and have the value of cultivating young children’s sense of identity, enhancing national spirit and cohesion, promoting the level of moral cognition, improving physical quality, and enhancing resistance to frustration. The purpose of this paper is to provide teaching design strategies for the application of ethnic sports characteristic elements to young children’s physical education games by excavating and selecting ethnic traditional sports characteristic elements, in order to optimize the teaching of young children’s physical education games while enhancing the connotation of young children’s ethnic culture, promoting physical and mental health, and achieving the best educational and teaching effects.
