研发投入对制造企业经营绩效的影响研究

摘要: 本文根据我国制造行业2010~2020年A股上市企业面板数据，实证研究制造企业研发投入与企业经营绩效之间的相关性，研究表明：制造企业研发投入与短期企业经营绩效显著负相关，与长期企业经营绩效显著正相关。企业应制定科学研发计划，保证科研经费投入的连续性。企业需要保证对科技研发持续的资金和人力投入，以此促进企业创新水平的提高，提高企业核心竞争力。
Abstract: Based on the Panel data of A-share listed enterprises in China’s manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2020, this paper empirically studies the correlation between R&D investment and business performance of manufacturing enterprises. The research shows that R&D investment of manufacturing enterprises is significantly negatively related to short-term business performance, and significantly positively related to long-term business performance. Enterprises should develop scientific research and development plans to ensure the continuity of scientific research funding investment. Enterprises need to ensure sustained financial and human investment in technology research and development, in order to promote the improvement of their innovation level and enhance their core competitiveness.
