“托育教育”的概念及辨析
The Concept and Discrimination of “Foster Education”
摘要: 随着托育服务的发展,人们对高质量托育的需求逐渐显现,本文通过厘清托育教育与早期教育,学前教育以及保育教育之间的关系,明确托育教育的涵义,对托育教育的概念进行阶段性评析与厘定,托育事业在建国以后发展上经历了三次发展高峰期,第一次高峰在1949年~1960年,第二次高峰在1978年~1990年,第三次高峰从2020年开始至今。根据各个阶段发现托育具有公益性、全面性、多元性、发展性。根据托育与教育之间的概念界定,明确托育教育是指经过专业培训的人员遵循幼儿身心发展阶段的特点,对0~3岁幼儿进行照护过程中开展教育活动,从而促进幼儿全面发展的社会活动。
Abstract:
With the development of childcare services, people’s demand for high-quality childcare gradually emerged, through clarifying the relationship between childcare education and early education, preschool education and childcare education, clarifying the meaning of childcare education, this paper periodically evaluates and determines the concept of childcare education. Childcare has experienced three development peaks in the development after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the first peak was from 1949 to 1960, the second peak was from 1978 to 1990, and the third peak was from 2020 to the present. According to each stage, it is found that childcare is public welfare, comprehensive, diversified and developmental. According to the definition of the concept between childcare and education, it is clear that childcare education refers to the social activities in which professionally trained personnel follow the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development stages and carry out educational activities in the process of caring for children aged 0~3, so as to promote the comprehensive development of children.
