企业数据共享合规探析

Analysis on Compliance of Enterprise Data Sharing

摘要: 近年来越来越多的企业意识到数据的巨大价值，开始对数据进行开发，数据产业日益发展壮大。数据共享作为企业利用数据的方式之一，既可以节约数据收集成本，又可以创造经济效益，逐渐被更多企业采用，但是企业在数据共享和开放过程中可能存在违规现象而不自知，进而造成用户个人信息泄露侵犯个人隐私权或者企业价值受到冲击。本文试图探究在近年来《数据安全法》和《个人信息保护法》等许多法律法规相继出台的情况下，企业如何实现数据共享合规。

Abstract: In recent years, more and more enterprises realize the great value of data, and begin to develop the data, the data industry is growing. As one of the ways for enterprises to utilize data, data sharing can not only save the cost of data collection, but also create economic benefits. It is gradually adopted by more enterprises. However, enterprises may have violations in the process of data sharing and opening without realizing it, which may lead to the disclosure of users’ personal information and infringement of personal privacy or the impact of enterprise value. This paper attempts to explore how enterprises can achieve data sharing compliance under the circumstances that many laws and regulations such as the Data Security Law and the Personal Information Protection Law have been promulgated in recent years.
