盐城市社区居家智慧养老问题研究

Research on Smart Home Based Elderly Care in Yancheng Community

摘要: 伴随着我国人口老龄化程度的加深，养老问题成为政府十分重视的民生问题。盐城市认真贯彻落实积极老龄化国家战略，全面深化改革，多措并举积极推动养老服务事业的发展，初步建成居家社区机构相结合、医养康养相协调的养老服务体系，同时也面临着养老设备适老性不足、老年人认知度不高、智慧医养结合程度低、智慧养老服务供应不足等问题。基于盐城市社区居家智慧养老产业的现状与问题，提出不断创新智慧养老产品和服务、多方面加强宣传、引导多元主体共同参与、鼓励智慧化医养结合模式、加强资源整合丰富服务项目等具体优化路径。

Abstract: With the deepening of China’s aging population, the issue of elderly care has become a livelihood issue that the government attaches great importance to. Yancheng conscientiously implements the national strategy of active aging, comprehensively deepens the reform, takes multiple measures to actively promote the development of elderly care services, and initially establishes an elderly care service system that combines home-based community institutions and health care. At the same time, it also faces problems such as insufficient elderly care equipment, low awareness of the elderly, low degree of integration of smart medical care and elderly care, and insufficient supply of smart elderly care services. Based on the current situation and problems of the smart home care industry in Yancheng, the paper proposes specific optimization paths such as constantly innovating smart care products and services, strengthening publicity in many aspects, guiding the joint participation of multiple subjects, encouraging the smart medical care integration model, strengthening resource integration and enriching service projects.
