上海市养老服务机构发展现状与优化策略

Development Status and Optimization Strategies of Elderly Care Service Institutions in Shanghai

摘要: 近些年来，随着人口老龄化加剧及养老服务需求增加，上海市养老服务机构发展迅速。文章在分析上海市人口老龄化、高龄化及区域分化明显的基础上，研究发现目前上海市养老服务机构的政策支持力度不断加大、机构数量区域分布正在完善、功能定位与标准设置较为准确、机构服务体系基本形成，但还面临着区间差异明显、评估方法单一、服务内容有待加强等问题。基于此提出加强区间合作、资源共享，完善评估方法，充实服务内容等策略，进一步提高养老服务效率，更好地保障老年人生活。

Abstract: In recent years, with the intensification of population aging and the increasing demand for elderly care services, Shanghai’s elderly care service institutions have developed rapidly. On the basis of analyzing the aging, aging, and regional differentiation of the population in Shanghai, the article found that the policy support for elderly care service institutions in Shanghai is constantly increasing, the number and regional distribution of institutions are improving, the functional positioning and standard setting are relatively accurate, and the institutional service system is basically formed. However, there are still problems such as significant regional differences, single evaluation methods, and the need to strengthen service content. Based on this, strategies such as strengthening interval cooperation, resource sharing, improving evaluation methods, and enriching service content are proposed to further improve the efficiency of elderly care services and better safeguard the lives of the elderly.
