Construction of Elderly Volunteer Services under the Background of Population Aging

摘要: 随着人口老龄化问题日益严重，如何提供优质的养老服务逐渐成为社会各界的共同关注，在此背景下，养老志愿服务建设成为缓解养老服务矛盾的一种重要手段。本文通过分析养老志愿服务的现状及存在的问题，提出了几点建议，旨在加快我国老龄化背景下养老志愿服务的建设，推动我国养老服务事业的发展，以更好地促进社会文明和谐进步。

Abstract: With the increasing problem of aging population, how to provide quality elderly care services has become a common concern of society. In this context, the construction of elderly care volunteer services has become an important means of alleviating the contradiction of elderly care services. This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of elderly care volunteer services, and puts forward several suggestions to accelerate the construction of elderly care volunteer services and promote the development of elderly care services in China, in order to better promote social civilization and progress.
