肺癌患者病耻感影响因素及干预措施研究进展
Research Progress on Influencing Factors and Intervention Measures of Stigma in Patients with Lung Cancer
摘要: 文章综述了肺癌患者病耻感现状，以及主要影响因素，包括吸烟、个人月收入、疾病分期、合并慢性病、形象改变、社会支持度、公众意识等，并从患者个人、家庭及朋友、医护人员、社会公众四个角度，总结归纳了针对病耻感的干预措施，以期为今后我国开展相关研究提供理论依据。
Abstract: This article reviews the status of stigma in lung cancer patients and the main influencing factors, in-cluding smoking, personal monthly income, disease stage, comorbid chronic disease, image change, social support, public awareness, etc. From the four perspectives of individual patients, family and friends, medical staff, and the public, it summarizes the intervention measures for stigma, in order to provide a theoretical basis for future related research in China.
