论自媒体作品的著作权侵权问题与保护

On Copyright Infringement and Protection of We-Media Works

摘要: 随着我国科技的不断进步，人们的生活已经进入了一个智能化的数字时代。在这一时期，自媒体产业获得了前所未有的发展，各类传统的媒体传播模式逐渐被自媒体所取代。自媒体虽然起步晚，发展的时间也并不长，但是它的发展空间却是无限的，任何人都可以轻松地创作和传播自己的作品，所以自媒体作品的种类也越来越多。正是在此背景下，利用新媒体进行的网络侵权案件时有发生。目前，我国对新媒体著作权的保护主要通过协议约定和技术支持两种方式进行。文章从自媒体的特点入手，分析了自媒体的现状，并就自媒体的著作权保护问题提出了一些建议。

Abstract: With the continuous progress of science and technology in our country, people’s life has entered an intelligent digital era. During this period, the we-media industry achieved unprecedented development, and various traditional media communication modes were gradually replaced by we-media. Although we-media started late and its development time is not long, its development space is unlimited. Anyone can easily create and disseminate their own works, so there are more and more types of we-media works. It is in this context that the use of new media for network infringement cases often occurs. At present, the protection of new media copyright in our country is mainly carried out through two ways: agreement and technical support. This paper starts with the characteristics of we-media, analyzes the current situation of we-media, and puts forward some suggestions on copyright protection of we-media.
