我国体育课堂教学质量评价的问题审视与实践策略

摘要: 体育课堂教学质量评价是体育教学工作的一个重点与难点,它不仅涉及了体育教学效果的评价、学生发展的评价,还涉及了体育教师的职业态度、工作积极性等。探讨我国体育课堂教学质量评价对于提升体育教学效果、提供反馈信息、促进学生全面发展具有重要价值。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国体育课堂教学质量评价的问题进行审视,研究认为,我国体育课堂教学质量评价的问题是借鉴国外其他领域的质量评价理论和模式为主,尚未研究出适合体育教学质量评价的系统化模式和指标;评价理念先进但落实困难。课程标准虽然倡导了过程评价与终极评价相结合,定量评价与定性评价相结合、学生评价与家长评价相结合、绝对评价与相对评价相结合等,但在实践过程中依然流于表面;教师在评价态度上出现了职业倦怠。在此基础上,提出了相应的实践策略。
Abstract: The evaluation of physical education classroom teaching quality is a key and difficult point in physical education teaching, which involves not only the evaluation of physical education teaching effect and student development, but also the professional attitude and work enthusiasm of physical education teachers. It is of great value to discuss the quality evaluation of physical education classroom teaching in China for improving physical education teaching effect, providing feedback information and promoting students’ all-round development. In this paper, the methods of litera-ture review and logical analysis are used to examine the problems of the quality evaluation of physical education classroom teaching in China. It is concluded that the problems of the quality evaluation of physical education classroom teaching in China are mainly based on the quality eval-uation theories and models in other fields abroad, and no systematic model and indicators suitable for the quality evaluation of physical education have been developed. The evaluation concept is advanced but difficult to implement. Although the curriculum standard advocates the combination of process evaluation and ultimate evaluation, quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, student evaluation and parents evaluation, absolute evaluation and relative evaluation, etc., it is still superficial in practice; teachers appear job burnout in evaluation attitude. On this basis, the corresponding practical strategies are put forward.
