志愿服务下“以老助老”模式及其对策分析——以G别院为例

Analysis of the Mode of “Helping the Old with the Old” under Voluntary Service and Its Countermeasures—Taking G Courtyard as an Example

摘要: 随着社会与经济的发展，我国医疗卫生和生活质量不断改善，老年人年龄不断增长，占总人口的比重也在不断增大，老龄化问题日益凸显。受传统观念的影响，大部分的老人大都不愿意在机构养老，比较倾向于“居家养老”。但对独居老人来说，居家养老并不现实。通过让村居中的低龄老人、健康老人向那些需要帮助的老人提供服务，将老人们组建成一支志愿服务的团队，能更好地帮助G别院的老人养老。而志愿服务由于成本低，效率高，参与范围广的特点，目前已逐渐成为解决养老服务需求的重要手段之一，将志愿服务纳入到农村养老体系对农村老年人的养老问题具有深远意义。

Abstract: With the development of the society and economy, China’s medical health and quality of life continue to improve, the elderly age continues to grow, the proportion of the total population is also increasing, the aging problem is increasingly prominent. Under the influence of traditional concepts, most of the elderly are not willing to provide for the elderly in institutions, and are more inclined to “home care”. But for elderly people living alone, home care is not practical. By allowing the young and healthy elderly people in the village to provide services to those who need help, the old people will be formed into a volunteer service team, which can better help the elderly in G courtyard. Due to the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency and wide range of participation, volunteer service has gradually become one of the important means to solve the needs of elderly care services. Integrating volunteer service into the rural elderly care system has far-reaching significance for the elderly care in rural areas.
