H市“互联网+居家养老”服务现状分析及优化路径研究
Current Situation Analysis and Optimization Path Study of “Internet Plus Home Care Service” in H City
摘要: “银发浪潮”的到来引发了养老的诸多危机。传统养老模式无法满足老年人对生活服务、生活照料以及精神慰藉等方面提出的更高需求，时代的日新月异，互联网技术的不断发展，“互联网+居家养老”模式应运而生，“互联网+养老”的智慧化模式能够促进养老产业优化升级，该模式也成为了一把破解人口老龄化问题的“金钥匙”。文章以H市“互联网+居家养老”服务的发展现状为基础，对H市“互联网+居家养老”服务发展的政策支撑进行梳理，并充分挖掘H市“互联网+居家养老”服务模式运行中的困境，进一步阐明H市“互联网+居家养老”服务必须依靠多方协同发展，对H市未来“互联网+居家养老” 服务的发展建言献策。
Abstract: The arrival of the “silver wave” has caused many crises in supporting the elderly. The traditional mode of supporting the elderly cannot meet the elderly’s higher demand for life services, life care and spiritual comfort. With the rapid change of The Times and the continuous development of Internet technology, the Internet plus home care model has emerged as The Times change, and the intelligent mode of Internet plus care for the elderly can promote the optimization and upgrading of the elderly care industry. This model has also become a “golden key” to crack the problem of population aging. Based on the current development status of the Internet plus home care service in H City, this paper sorts out the policy support for the development of the Internet plus home care service in H City, fully explores the difficulties in the operation of the Internet plus home care service model in H City, and further clarifies that the Internet plus home care service in H city must rely on multi-party collaborative development, it also puts forward suggestions and opinions on the development of the Internet plus home care service in H City in the future.
