抗生素滥用的研究现状

Research Status of Antibiotic Abuse

摘要: 研究问题：抗生素作为抗感染的主要药物，对维护人类健康发挥了重要的作用。然而随着抗生素的广泛使用尤其是滥用，它引起的耐药性问题、不良反应及其他危害已经越来越严重，抗生素滥用是产生抗生素耐药性的首要因素，而抗生素耐药性的不断增强可能导致人类没有抗生素可用。研究方法：通过检索CNKI、万方、维普以及PubMed检索关于抗生素滥用相关的文章资料，对数据进行分析和整理，充分正确地认识和反映抗生素滥用的本质，找到其中的规律。研究意义：本文对我国抗生素滥用的现状、原因与危害进行了综述，并提出解决抗生素滥用问题的相关对策。

Abstract: Research Question: As the main anti-infection drugs, antibiotics play an important role in main-taining human health. However, with the widespread use of antibiotics, especially the abuse of anti-biotics, resistance problems, adverse reactions and other harms caused by antibiotics have become more and more serious. The abuse of antibiotics is the primary cause of antibiotic resistance, and the continuous enhancement of antibiotic resistance may lead to the lack of antibiotics for human. Research Methods: CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and PubMed were searched for articles related to antibiotic abuse. When searching articles related to antibiotic abuse, the data were analyzed and sorted out, so as to fully and correctly understand and reflect the nature of antibiotic abuse and find rules. Re-search Significance: This paper reviews the status quo, causes and harms of antibiotic abuse in Chi-na, and puts forward relevant countermeasures to solve the problem of antibiotic abuse.
