日常生活视角下的乡村餐饮空间创新设计——以常州新屋小馆为例

Innovative Design of Rural Dining Space from the Perspective of Daily Life—Taking Changzhou Xinwu Restaurant as an Example

摘要: 在“乡村热”、“民宿热”、“田园热”等诸多现象的出现下，乡村空间的设计方式和战略亟待进行调整和升级。现代乡村饮食空间设计，不仅要满足现代社会的审美情趣，还要具有乡土文化和乡村特色。文章从村民的日常生活角度出发，探究乡村人口的生活方式、日常行为活动、用餐偏好，并结合设计方法探讨出餐饮空间的设计原理，以常州钟楼新屋村为案例，对乡村餐饮空间的创新设计进行了探索，为未来乡村餐饮空间提供设计思路和策略。

Abstract: Under the emergence of many phenomena such as “rural fever”, “homestay fever” and “pastoral fever”, the design methods and strategies of rural spaces urgently need to be adjusted and up-graded. The design of modern rural eating space should not only meet the aesthetic taste of modern society, but also have local culture and rural characteristics. From the perspective of villagers’ daily life, this paper explores the lifestyle, daily behavior and dining preferences of rural population, and explores the design principle of dining space combined with the design method. Taking Xinwu Village in Changzhou as a case, this paper explores the innovative design of rural dining space and provides design ideas and strategies for the future rural dining space.
