中国社会工作职业道德的建设路径研究——以广西L市社会工作者为例

Research on the Construction Path of Social Work Professional Ethics in China —Taking the Social Workers in Guangxi L City as an Example

摘要: 职业道德是人们从事某项专业活动的行为准则，它在维持社会秩序、行业信誉、家庭关系和其他人际关系等方面发挥着重要作用。然而，近年来，社会一些行业人员出现职业道德沦丧，职业道德的缺失给予我们以警醒，亟需引起社会各界的高度重视。如何加强职业道德建设成为当今社会各界关注的焦点，关于职业道德的研究开始重新回归人们的视野。而作为社会工作行业，必须引以为鉴，进一步加强社会工作者职业道德建设迫在眉睫。基于此，本文运用文献研究法，对社会工作职业道德进行了梳理，并以广西L市为例，分析了L市社会工作职业道德面临的实践困境和影响因素，提出从个人品德、职业伦理和社会公德三方面探索社会工作职业道德的建设路径。

Abstract: Professional ethics is the code of conduct for people to engage in a professional activity, which plays an important role in maintaining social order, industry reputation, family relations and other interpersonal relationships. However, in recent years, some social industry personnel have lost professional ethics; the lack of professional ethics reminds us, we need to cause high attention from all walks of life. How to strengthen the construction of professional ethics has become the focus of attention from all walks of life, and the research on professional ethics begins to return to people’s vision. As a social work industry, it must be taken as a mirror and further strengthen the construction of professional ethics of social workers. Based on this, this paper using the literature research method, the social work professional ethics, and in Guangxi L city, for example, analyzes the L city social work professional ethics practice dilemma and influencing factors, puts forward from three aspects of personal character, professional ethics and social morality to explore of social work professional ethics construction path.
