草根公益组织的发展困境及对策研究

Research on the Development Dilemma and Countermeasures of Grassroots Public Welfare Organizations

摘要: 近年来，中国公益慈善事业蓬勃发展，草根公益组织也在全国范围内迅速崛起。然而，由于缺乏官方背景、经验和资源，这些草根公益组织在发展过程中面临着合法性危机、资源匮乏、内部管理混乱、缺乏公信力、运作模式不成熟等诸多困难。该研究旨在分析近年来我国草根公益组织的发展现状和困境，并据此提出可行的对策建议，探索草根公益组织未来的发展路径。

Abstract: In recent years, China’s public welfare philanthropy has flourished, and grassroots public welfare organizations have also risen rapidly across the country. However, due to the lack of official background, experience and resources, these grassroots NGOs face many difficulties in the process of development, such as a crisis of legitimacy, lack of resources, confusion in internal management, lack of credibility, and immature operation models. This study aims to analyze the development status quo and difficulties of grassroots public welfare organizations in China in recent years, propose feasible countermeasures and suggestions, and explore the future development path of grassroots public welfare organizations.
