数字时代领导干部沟通能力提升策略研究
Research on Strategies for Improving Communication Ability of Leading Cadres in the Digital Era
摘要: 沟通是领导干部最需要掌握的能力之一,它是提高领导力的重要因素。拥有良好的沟通能力一定程度上可以让工作开展的更有效率。随着社会的发展,我国已经步入了数字时代,与传统时代不同,数字时代为领导者的沟通带来了更多的机遇与挑战。本文分析了进入数字时代后领导干部所面临的沟通障碍,进而提出了提升领导干部沟通能力的策略。
Abstract:
Communication is one of the abilities that leaders need to master most, and it is an important factor to improve leadership. Having good communication skills can make the work more efficient to some extent. With the development of society, China has entered the digital era. Unlike the traditional era, the digital era has brought more opportunities and challenges to leaders’ communication. Therefore, this paper analyzes the communication obstacles faced by leading cadres in the digital era, and then puts forward countermeasures to improve their communication ability.
