农业社会化服务体系的建设成效、问题及对策研究

Research on the Construction Results, Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Social Service System

摘要: 发展农业社会化服务是实现农业现代化的必由之路。改革开放以来，我国农业社会化服务体系建设取得了诸多成效，例如推动了农业生产经营规模化，实现了农业生产降本增收，促进了小农户和现代农业有机衔接以及实现了农业绿色发展。但是，当前我国农业社会化服务体系的建设也还存在诸如制度供给不足、服务网络脆弱、服务能力不强和服务主体过少不大等问题，必须有的放矢地进行改革，例如加大政府政策供给，协调农业服务主体之间的关系，提高农业服务质量，鼓励更多社会主体参与农业社会化服务体系的建设。

Abstract: Developing agricultural social service is a necessary way to realize agricultural modernization. Since the reform and opening up, the construction of agricultural social service system in China has achieved many results, such as promoting the scale of agricultural production and management, reducing the cost of agricultural production and increasing income, promoting the organic connec-tion between small farmers and modern agriculture and realizing the green development of agri-culture. However, at present, there are still some problems in the construction of China’s agricul-tural social service system, such as insufficient system supply, weak service network, weak service ability and too few service subjects. It is necessary to carry out targeted reforms, such as increasing the supply of government policies, coordinating the relationship between agricultural service sub-jects, improving the quality of agricultural service and encouraging more social entities to partici-pate in the construction of a social agricultural service system.
