我国西南偏远地区农村医养结合现状研究综述

摘要: 近年来，我国逐渐步入人口老龄化的时代，老年人对养老方面的需求同落后的医疗、养老模式之间的矛盾逐渐显现且不断激化。2019年全国卫生健康委员会要求全面推进“医养结合”新模式，为探讨这种模式在偏远地区农村的实施情况，我们以西南偏远地区农村为例，针对该地区农村60岁以上的老年人群，剖析他们的医养结合现状，探究他们亟待解决的医养结合问题，提出改善医养结合的策略，为构建更加合理有效的农村医养结合服务体系提供理论依据。
Abstract: In recent years, China is stepping into the age of aging population, the mismatch between the elderly’s need for senior care and the underdeveloped medical & senior care models has gradually emerged and intensified. In 2019, the National Health Commission called for a comprehensive advancement of the new model, “the integration of medical care and senior care”. To explore the implementation of this model in remote rural areas, we took the remote rural areas in southwest China as an example, aimed at the elderly people over 60 years old, summarized the current situation of the medical care and senior care integration, identified the urgent problems of medical and senior care integration, put forward strategies to improve the medical care integration, thus provided theoretical basis for building a more reasonable and effective medical and long-term care integration service system for the rural areas.
