The Performance of Government Functions in the Employment Quality of New Industrial Groups in the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Area

摘要: 苏州、无锡、常州三市构成的苏锡常都市圈，地处长江三角洲核心区，是我国先进制造业集聚、经济社会发达的地区之一，也是我国新产业、新业态快速发展地区之一。文章将苏锡常等地的新业态从业人员就业情况列入研究范畴，以发展实际进程的动态剖析为切入口，并由此把握其实践过程中逐步生成的主要特色。

Abstract: Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou metropolitan area, composed of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta. It is one of the areas with advanced manufacturing industry and developed economy and society in China, and also one of the areas with rapid development of new industries and formats in China. We include the employment situation of new industrial groups in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou into the research category, take the dynamic analysis of the actual process of development as the starting point, and thus grasp the main characteristics gradually generated in the practice process.
