2023癸卯年柳成刚教授运用黄芪茯神汤的经验

Professor Liu Chenggang’s Experience in Us-ing “Huangqi Fushen Decoction” in 2023 Guimao Year

摘要: 五运六气源自于《黄帝内经》，强调了因时制宜，根据不同的时间、气候，分析自然界的五行之气以及人体的发病情况。导师柳成刚教授为龙砂医学流派主要传承人，善于将五运六气学说与六经辨证结合指导临床，注重时令，经验丰富。时值癸卯之年，柳师根据运气推算，临证多以黄芪茯神汤治之。黄芪茯神汤的组成以黄芪、茯神、远志、紫河车、酸枣仁为主，具有的温阳补虚功效，在治疗脾胃病、心系疾病、肢体经络病的临床实践中取得良好效果，现将其临床经验进行分析与总结，并附验案一则加以说明。

Abstract: The theory of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Qi is derived from Huangdi Neijing (The Yellow Emper-or’s Classic of Internal Medicine), which emphasizes the need to adapt to the times. It analyzes the five elements of nature’s qi as well as the human body’s morbidity according to different times and climates. My mentor, Professor Liu Chenggang, is the main inheritor of the Longsha School of Medi-cine. He is good at combining the theory of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Qi with Syndrome differen-tiation of six meridians to guide clinical practice, focusing on the seasons, and is experienced in. It was the year of Guimao, mentor Liu based on the theory of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Qi, the clinical diagnosis is mostly treated with Huangqi Fushen Decoction. The composition of Huangqi Fushen Decoction is based on Huangqi, Fushen, Yuanzhi, Ziheche, and sour jujube kernel. It has the effect of warming the yang qi and tonifying the deficiency. It has achieved good results in the clinical practice of treating spleen and stomach diseases, heart system diseases, and limb meridian diseas-es. The author has analyzed and summarized his clinical experience, with a case study to illustrate it.
