中药熏洗联合非甾体类抗炎药治疗盘源性腰痛的临床疗效分析

摘要: 目的：分析中药熏洗联合非甾体类抗炎药治疗椎间盘源性腰痛(DLBP)的临床疗效。方法：选定本院2021年1月至2022年1月就诊的112例DLBP患者，根据治疗方法的不同将其分为2组，各56例，对比组给予非甾体类抗炎药治疗，观察组在对比组基础上给予中药熏洗治疗，比较两组临床疗效、视觉模拟自评量表(VAS)评分、腰痛评分表(JOA)评分、功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、血清炎症因子指标、不良反应总发生率。结果：观察组临床总有效率(94.64%)高于对比组(75.00%)，P < 0.05。观察组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分均低于对比组，P < 0.05。观察组治疗后JOA评分高于对比组，P < 0.05。观察组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-1 (IL-1)水平均低于对比组，P < 0.05。观察组不良反应总发生率(3.57%)与对比组(7.14%)比较，P > 0.05。结论：中药熏洗联合非甾体类抗炎药可有效缓解DLBP患者腰痛等症状，减轻功能障碍及炎症反应，且未引发严重不良反应，安全有效。
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medi-cine combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of discogenic low back pain (DLBP). Methods: A total of 112 DLBP patients treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups, 56 cases each, according to different treatment methods. The comparison group was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the comparison group. The clinical efficacy, visual analog scale (VAS) score, low back pain scale (JOA) score, dysfunction index (ODI) score, serum inflammatory factor index and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total clinical effective rate of observation group (94.64%) was higher than that of comparison group (75.00%), P < 0.05. VAS score and ODI score of observation group were lower than those of comparison group after treat-ment, P < 0.05. After treatment, the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. After treatment, the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), inter-leukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) in observation group were lower than those in control group, P < 0.05. The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group (3.57%) was compared with that in control group (7.14%), P > 0.05. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation com-bined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can effectively relieve the symptoms of DLBP pa-tients, such as lower back pain, reduce dysfunction and inflammatory reaction, and no serious ad-verse reactions, so it is safe and effective.
