心理健康教育融入高校思想政治教育的困境及消解路径

The Dilemma and Resolution Path of Integrating Mental Health Education into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

摘要: 心理健康教育和思想政治教育是高校立德树人的两大重要环节，二者之间有着契合点。心理健康教育融入高校思想政治教育，是促进学生全面健康发展的需要、凸显学生主体性地位的需要以及完善高校育人体系的需要。但当前面临着教学资金有限、教师人才缺乏、教学目标不明确、教育方式单一以及教学过程不充分等困境，因此要着力进行解决，通过加大资金投入力度、加强教师队伍建设、明确教学目标、丰富教学方式以及完善教学过程五个路径进行消解，助力心理健康教育融入高校思想政治教育工作的顺利进行，培养具有健康身心和品德素养的高素质人才。

Abstract: Mental health education and ideological and political education are two important links to culti-vating morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities. The integration of mental health education into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities is the need to promote the overall and healthy development of students, highlighting the need for stu-dents’ subjective status and improving the education system of colleges and universities. However, at present, we are faced with such difficulties as limited teaching funds, lack of teachers, unclear teaching objectives, single education methods and inadequate teaching process. Therefore, we should focus on solving these problems by increasing capital investment, strengthening the construction of teachers, clarifying teaching objectives, enriching teaching methods and improving teaching process. Help mental health education into the smooth progress of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and cultivate high-quality talents with healthy body and mind and moral quality.
