摘要: 实验使用无水乙醇擦拭、P800砂纸打磨和激光清洗三种工艺预处理待焊接的铝合金件,经一致的环境、设备、参数大量施焊后,统计爆孔异常率。实验发现激光清洗预处理后的焊缝爆孔率极低、焊接质量稳定,较化学除膜、机械除膜可降低2个数量级的爆孔缺陷比例;同时,存在爆孔缺陷的试样焊缝有效熔深、熔宽仍符合规范要求,可修复焊接后使用。
Abstract: The experiment involved three different processes for pretreating aluminum alloy parts to welding: wiping with anhydrous ethanol, sanding with P800 sandpaper and laser cleaning. After a large amount of welding in a consistent environment, equipment and parameters, the abnormal rate of pore deficiency was calculated. The experiment revealed that the welds pretreated with laser cleaning had an extremely low rate and exhibited stable welding quality compared to the results obtained with chemical or mechanical pretreatment methods, which reduced the pore deficiency rate by two orders of magnitude. Moreover, the welds with pore deficiency exhibited effective penetration depth and width that still met the specified requirements, allowing for repair and subsequent use after welding.
