Legal Problems and Countermeasures under the Development of Internet Celebrity Economy

摘要: 随着互联网的发展，“网红经济”已经成为了当下最热门的经济模式之一。“网红经济”在给“网红”这一新兴职业群体带来巨大的收益的同时，其自身也带来了众多的法律风险。这些法律风险涉及到了贩卖假货、寻衅滋事、诈骗等问题，本文从主播方、平台方、监管方三个方面论述所应该采取的措施。

Abstract: With the development of the Internet, “Netroots economy” has become one of the hottest economic models. The “Netroots economy” has brought immense profits to the emerging professional group of “Internet celebrities”, but it has also brought numerous legal risks. These legal risks involve issues such as selling counterfeit goods, provocation and troublemaking, fraud, etc. This article discusses the measures that should be taken from three aspects: the anchor, the platform, and the regulatory authorities.
