家庭支持在糖尿病患者中的应用研究进展

Advances in the Application of Family Support in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

摘要: 目前，我国糖尿病存在患病人数多、并发症严重、发病年轻化以及防治效能差等众多问题，形势日趋严峻。糖尿病是一种常见的慢性终身性代谢疾病，尚无明确有效的治疗手段，患者需要居家进行长期自我管理。良好的家庭支持行为能够帮助患者更好的进行疾病管理，优化生活方式，预防或延缓并发症，改善临床结局进而提高患者生活质量。由此可见，家庭支持在糖尿病健康管理中发挥着至关重要的作用。对此，本文从家庭支持的相关概念、国内外研究现状、家庭支持在糖尿病患者中的应用效果评价等三方面综述家庭支持在糖尿病患者中的研究进展，提高医务工作者对家庭支持干预的重视度，以期为今后临床工作中制定以家庭为基础的糖尿病治疗与管理方案，提高并完善家庭支持提供参考依据。

Abstract: At present, there are many problems of diabetes in China, such as a large number of patients, seri-ous complications, younger onset and poor prevention and treatment efficiency, and the situation is becoming increasingly severe. Diabetes is a common chronic lifelong metabolic disease, and there is no clear and effective treatment. Patients need long-term self-management at home. Good family support behavior can help patients manage diseases better, optimize their lifestyle, prevent or de-lay complications, improve clinical outcomes and improve their quality of life. Thus, family support plays a vital role in the health management of diabetes. In this regard, this paper summarizes the research progress of family support in diabetic patients from three aspects: the related concepts of family support, the research status at home and abroad, and the evaluation of the application effect of family support in diabetic patients, so as to improve the attention of medical workers to family support intervention, in order to provide reference for formulating family-based diabetes treat-ment and management programs in future clinical work, and improving and perfecting family sup-port.
