新商科背景下电子商务专业改革路径探讨
Research on the Reform of E-Commerce Major under the Background of New Business

摘要: 新商科是一种更新型的商业学科,具有高度的实战性、综合性和创新性。在新商科背景下,电子商务专业的培养目标更加注重电商核心竞争力的提升,同时,也要求学生与其他商科相关专业进行交叉学习,提升学生跨界融合和解决复杂问题的能力。本文立足新商科背景,分析传统电子商务专业的问题,从人才培养新课程、教学新模式、师资队伍新活力、学科交叉新联系及实习新支持五个方面对电子商务专业改革路径进行探讨。在传统大学课程体系下,依据发展趋势精心打造符合新时代的电子商务专业,助力商科教育又快又好发展,进而服务新时代,推进电商行业高质量发展。
Abstract: New Business is a new type of business discipline with high practicality, comprehensiveness, and innovation. Based on the new business background, the cultivation goal of e-commerce majors is to focus more on enhancing the core competitiveness of e-commerce. At the same time, it also requires students to engage in cross learning with other business related majors to enhance their ability to integrate cross-border and solve complex problems. Based on the background of new business, this paper analyzes the problems of traditional e-commerce majors, and discusses the reform path of e-commerce majors from five aspects: new courses for talent training, new teaching models, new vitality of teachers, new interdisciplinary connections and new support for internships. Under the traditional university curriculum system, e-commerce majors in line with the new era are carefully built according to the development trend, so as to develop business education quickly and well, so as to serve the new era and promote the development of the e-commerce industry.
