摘要: 厥阴类失眠的特点是夜间1点至凌晨7点易醒，醒后难以入睡，病机为阴阳不相顺接，阳逆于上，阴陷于下，寒热错杂，而乌梅丸善于治疗厥阴病枢机不利，寒热错杂、阴阳失衡、虚实夹杂，或者疾病在下半夜出现或加重等病证，随证加减，联合脐针起到清上温下，调养气血，平衡阴阳的作用，临床用于治疗厥阴失眠颇有良效。
