摘要: 围绝经期是女性生殖机能逐渐衰退的一个重要过渡阶段，此阶段由于身体激素水平的变化而导致一系列植物神经紊乱所致的症候群，即为围绝经期综合征，在祖国医学中属“绝经前后诸证”范畴。汗证是指由于阴阳失调，腠理不固，而致汗液病理性外泄的病症。肝郁化火型围绝经期汗证的发病机制主要是肾精亏虚，阴虚生热，肝气郁结，日久化火，迫津外泄。治以疏肝泻火，滋阴补肾。方用丹栀逍遥散加减，临床治疗效果显著。
