运用天麻钩藤饮合并血府逐瘀汤治疗老年原发性高血压(肝阳上亢兼血瘀型)经验

Application of Tianma Gouteng Yin Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Essential Hypertension (Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Combined with Blood Stasis Type)

摘要: 陈教授运用天麻钩藤饮合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年原发性高血压在临床实践中取得了良好疗效，陈师认为老年原发性高血压根本病机在于各种因素致脏腑阴阳平衡失调，肝阳上亢，气血逆乱，痰淤内生所致。本文将总结陈教授对老年原发性高血压的诊治经验，结合临床案例，论平肝熄风、活血化瘀法治疗的优势，以期为临床诊疗提供借鉴。

Abstract: Professor Chen’s has achieved good therapeutic effect in the treatment of essential hypertension in the aged with Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction combined with Modified Blood Mansion Stasis- Expelling Decoction, professor Chen believed that the fundamental pathogenesis of primary hypertension in the aged was the imbalance of Yin and Yang of the Zang-fu organs, hyperactivity of liver- yang, disordered qi and blood, and internal phlegm and stasis caused by various factors. This paper will summarize professor Chen’s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension, and discuss the advantages of the treatment of calming liver to stop endogenous wind, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
